Great book to while away the time. Very good book to chill out with.

Well written by Firoozeh Dumas, fluent to read, witty and entertaining. Brought back forgotten memories of my own childhood in Abadan, Ahwaz and Tehran. I loved it and have recommended it to my English friends.

Whether you're an immigrant adjusting to life in a new country or simply a fan of good comedy, this book is sure to entertain and inspire. I’d recommend coupling with Funny in Farsi by same author.
