Dickies Men's Original 874 Work Pant, Dark Brown, 34W x 30L

These fit tighter than I expected, compared to loose fitting jeans or khakis. The do seem to loosen up with the wearing. The pocket liner material feel flimsy and the pockets are not deep, I expect the pocket liner to wear out before the pants. The look dressier than jeans and have a variety of colors from pretty to ugly! I read reports of pilling of the material but so far the finish is holding up well. An expensive way to have neater, more dressy pants without paying too much for junk. Of course you have the Dickies tag sewn on the back, for better or worse.

These are great quality pants. I skate in them and trust them to hold up to months/years of sliding on concrete and asphalt. I JUST ripped through my first camo pair after about 2 years of hard use. They fit incredibly small though. I normally wear a 33 in Levi’s. I tried a 34 first and they won’t even close, a 36 is also a tad too small to wear comfortably. My next pair I will try a 38, which feels crazy to say as I still fit a 33 in Levi’s with some wiggle room. It would be nice if they listed a “standard” size equivalent.

I work at Tim Hortons and I'm constantly around, cream, powder, mayo and stuff like that. If u stain these pants or get something on them clean them off right away because it will take multiple washes to get some of these stains out, And my only regret with this purchase is not going up a size and wearing a belt, the pants aren't loose fit so, you want to make sure there's some room for u to move around if you're gonna wear these for 8 hours a day.

These are the second pair of Dickies 874s I have. I am 5'4" with a 32 inch waist and muscular build. The 32 inch waist fit me just perfect. I sized up (to 33) on another pair I bought and while they fit me well in the seat and thighs the waist is just way too big so I went with my actual waist size this tome. Despite sizing down I still have a good amount of room in the butt and thighs which is exactly what I was looking for. The only drawbacks i found are how awful the pockets feel at first and I'm not a fan of the stitching on the back pockets. The stitching looks just a little sloppy and I'm not sure what the pocket material is made of but it feels almost like a rough plastic. I know eventually it will wear a little and become softer but still. Overall I'm happy. The pants are stylish, tough, and I love the color (Lincoln green). I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

I am 5'6" 160 lbs with a 28" waist, I ordered a 28 waist and 30 length. The waist fit me perfect but the butt and thighs were extremely tight. I thought they were going to bust at the seams when I crouched down to work. If I did not have a tiny waist and larger thighs these would be great pants. I will not give these a bad review since this is a coming issue for me and finding pants. They are durable and look nice they just don't fit my physique.

I normally take a 33 so ordered a 34 for a little extra room to work in the yard. However, the 34 is very tight! they are more like a 32 about two inches smaller in the waist. I just received a larger size 36 and they feel like a 34. Other than that they work really well. I used them extensively in the yard this weekend installing edging concrete blocks involving lots of digging. They worked like a champ and washed up good. Just wished the pockets were a little deeper and possibly with zips. But they are good value for money compared to others twice the price.

Quick and safe delivery. Ordered a size W30xL30 but was too small around the waist. I know that it's supposed to sit above the waist but still too tight. I returned it and bought a size W31x30. Fits perfectly! Will order again.

So I normally wear a size 8/10 or a 29" or 30" in jeans, my partner works as a mechanic so I tried on his work pants for comparison for a 34x28, so I ordered a 34x30 because I have longer legs than my torso... I could not get these past my butt because I carry all my weight in my legs and butt and yeah these did not work. So I returned them and got a 36x30 just to be safe, these fit however they gap at the back but fit my legs and butt much better than the other size did. I possibly could have gotten away with a 35 but these fit like a pair of classic thick denim pants do, they have no give or stretch because they're made to last. I hope that this review helps other guys, gals, or nonbinary pals to find a pair of pants that are made for their booty

I use this pants in my work that is physical, but I realize that are comfortable and looks great, so I brought a different color and now this pants are my everyday pants, comfortable, light and nice pockets.

Great pants 32” fits like 31”

As others have mentioned these fit small. I am a 31 (or sometimes 32) in most brands, but I tried a 32 in the store and couldn't do them up. I have a pair of 34's and they are too big. So I ordered a 33 and they are perfect. So you will likely need to size up one or two sizes from your normal size. Most stores don't sell odd sizes which is why I ordered them here.As far as the pants go, these are really useful. Comfortable and cool enough for activity or the summer. Super durable and soften up once you wash them. Super easy to wash and care for so you don't have to baby them. Actually reasonably dressy when newer so you can use them for casual wear if you want. Belt loops are quite small so a slimmer belt is needed. Now that I know my size I will probably stock up on some other colours.
