Have tried a myriad of pain relieving creams in the past for back and shoulder pain but have only had marginal success. This product is the best I have tried. The delivery system with three stainless balls that help you rub it into the skin is nice but keep the top clean and clear of buildup. 5/9/2021 Just went in and revised the review from a 4 to a 5. I have a shoulder that needs replacement but not willing to go under the knife at this time. Have been using this product on the shoulder 3 times a day for a couple of weeks and it nicely diminishes the pain to a manageable level.

It works but it can be so cold that it stings a bit.

5/5 amazing product! I originally bought it at my chiropractor’s office, but moved far and couldn’t get it from her anymore. Thank God I found it here, because my knees can’t do without this product. I don’t get my hands dirty, it doesn’t smell and the massaging spheres are great.

The cap comes off very easily

Hello, I love this creme because of its high quality ingredients and the creative dots that made my injury feel good. I used it on my neck and shoulders, back and any injury I have had. I recently fell off my bike and after I iced my arm and back I applied the rubbing dots to the area at least 2-3 times a day, and it helped with the pain, and bruising. Thank you to the creator of the creme and its delivery system. You don't need to use your fingers to apply.

My first time of using Rubbing Dots. Compared to traditional muscle pain relieve cream like Icy Hot, Rubbing Dots did Not relieve my lower back muscle pain as expected. I’ve used it twice now and I’m truly not satisfied. One good thing about it is that it is odorless.
