I got exactly what I wanted, and it was delicious. Simply boil it in water and stir, easy peasy. No rips or dents in the packaging either.

I am trying to eat the plant paradox diet and eliminate lectins…and i thoroughly enjoy these millet pastas from this company only. Delicious! Just strange that they like everything else I buy from Amazon are made in China…how can that be true? But I tried then and then I bought a case of different shaped pasta and they all are gd. But they say cook for 10 minutes but I only cook them for 8 minutes or they get mushy.

Great product for anyone following a gluten-free or, in my case, low lectin diet. Texture and taste not identical to durum wheat but better than a lot of mixed grain gluten free pasta.

This was a delicious alternative to wheat pasta. One box was just enough for our family of four with no leftovers. Our order was delivered quickly as well. We will definitely be ordering again soon!

This is fantastic pasta! Excellent texture, not mushy like some other gluten free pastas. And great taste. I eat a lectin-free diet so options have been extremely limited for pasta, until now.I highly recommend this!
