Budget Birkenstock!
Couldn't tell the difference in quality if the name wasn't stamped on it!

Like the adjustable leather straps
Like the adjustable leather straps, easy on and off, high quality, nice that they are made in Spain. I will never buy Birkenstock again!

Comfortable, but poorly made of substandard materials.
I bought these sandals just over two months ago and wear them almost every day. The fit is pretty good, though I usually wear a 10.5 US and the 44 EUR has my toes very near the edge of the footbed. Width wise, the footbed is just right, but the straps are quite long; I adjusted them to their shortest length to fit my foot well. While they are pretty comfortable, I am very disappointed in the quality of the materials and assembly. I am an average sized guy (6 ft./180lbs.) who wears these sandals nearly every day, though usually only for a few hours on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt). I've never worn them on extremely rough surfaces, nor have I done anything more active than walking while wearing them. Nonetheless, areas of the soles are nearly worn smooth from wear, and last night the sole started to separate from the footbed (see pictures below). After just two months of light use this kind of wear is very disappointing. For $70 I would hope that something as simple as a pair of sandals could at least make it through one summer. This company needs to reformulate their sole compound for better wear, and find a new method to bond the soles to the footbed.

Leather easily separated from the sole on the sides
Leather easily separated from the sole on the sides. Weak glue. I ordered different sandals for half the price and the leather is glued much better, stronger. Upper sole has a cushion. It doesn't feel comfortable. I never use cushions in any of my shoes. Bottom of the sole is similar to Birkenstok arizona sandal, looking at pics. It's on the softer side. I prefer rugged, grippy soles. It's my first sandal of this kind so i assume the soles are about the same for all of them. Guess ultra soles aren't much better. I hope i'll get used to them. If not, they are ok for home use when i don't feel like wearing athletic garbage rubber foam sandals.update: received replacement, same thing. They use glue for water. Get ready to invest in strong expensive shoe glue if you plan to keep these sandals. Wore outside a few times. The sole is very soft and is prone to scrapes. Same for leather upper.
