I did have to dry them more sincd i wanted to crush them into a seasoning. I used it on some beef jerky i made, and it was so good and quite spicy, especially when i got larger pieces of the pepper that werent grinded very well. After eating so much jerky and the peppers, it made my insides hurt and made me throw up and poop at midnight. So beware, haha! Definitely enjoyed the flavor and heat is there, but for the 2nd hottest pepper?
