I was put onto these by a colleague at work when I had a cold, simply add a few crystals to a cup of hot water inhale the vapour and prepare to have the tissues at hand. The best remedy I’ve ever used

I have tried just about everything to clear my sinuses - this works! Dissolve a small amount in very hot or boiling water and inhale. These are very strong, therefore only a small amount is required. I also sniff them from the container. No instructions for use in packaging, reason for 4* review.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have used menthol crystals previously, and these didn't disappoint me. Great for clearing blocked nose/synus, but DO NOT USE SO MANY AS THEY ARE STRONG, you'll have the sense of smell of a blood hound after using these.
