My disappointment was not in product but in 4 jars with loosened lids delivered. For product safety a different type seal should be applied not so easy to open or be opened. And sealant wax atop product/ jam would guarantee freshness and another barrier. My recommendation is to sale in two or threes. And boxed in a substantial reinforced box. I really like your Jams, their consistency and taste. I’m just not happy the delivery of loosened jars. The Delivery People are doing their best, and You All Making Delicious Product. I just want to feel safe about eating and enjoying your Product!
