I love this headlight one of the best I’ve ever bought
I love this headlight. It’s one of the best I’ve ever bought. It’s fantastic for running biking or doing anything near the road. It has a big long strip of light that can go across your forehead or the side of your head pointing towards cars with high visibility, it also has another light on it For more of a spotlight. I highly recommend I’m actually gonna be buying a second one. It’s so great.

Distance running need!
Love spie belts for running always, when I needed to get my husband one I decided to get this 2 pocket one. It allows me to keep my phone in 1 pocket and airpod case and keys in another. My friend uses the 2nd pocket for energy gels on distance runs! The pockets expand inexplicably large and are so convenient.

Nice belt width and ample pockets
I've been using this belt on most days since I first received it seven months ago. I easily fit a phone and a sports wallet in either pocket. The belt holds them in place comfortably. I've not been using the second pocket. With a phone in one pocket centered on either the front of my waist or the back, the second pocket is curved around the side of my hip. That's not a place where I'd want something to be pressing. It would be useful to have an adjustable distance between the two pockets so that I could have one in front and a second in back. Lacking this, I use an add-on pocket to get the positioning that I need.

Great belt for my summer runs!
This belt works perfectly. I put my phone chapstick and gummies/gels in it. I also bought the water bottle to fit on the belt. It’s great. I am 5’9 and around 220 and do not need the belt extender!

Good enough
Overall a good product. However, it does not get tight enough. If you have a smaller waist, this product probably won’t be the best.

It does indeed bounce, and sags
It's not horrible, and I could be happy with this if there weren't better alternatives with varying sizes, but the bounce is there, especially if you have a smaller waist, since the strap is slightly too long. To make matters worse, the strap likes to loosen and sag (further exacerbating the bounce), so you have to keep tightening it ever so often. This is pretty awesome for carrying stuff around while walking, though. You can fit all your stuff in your belt, and no one can see it under a shirt.

Bounce-Free Mastery: The SPIbelt Dual Pocket Pro Is the Running Belt Refined Minds Choose
In my mid-twenties I've endured far too many running belts that promise minimalism but deliver constant distraction—FlipBelts that slide down mid-stride Nathan packs that bounce like they're auditioning for a drum solo and generic Amazon options that chafe or fail to secure anything larger than a credit card. Most feel designed by committee rather than actual runners. After meticulous comparison I selected the SPIbelt Dual Pocket Pro and it's the first belt that genuinely disappears during a run while carrying everything I need. The engineering is understated elegance. Two expandable pockets—one large enough for my iPhone Pro Max with case and another for keys gels and cards—stretch without sagging and the weather-resistant fabric keeps contents dry even in drizzle. The adjustable waist strap locks securely from 25 to 40 inches with no slippage and the low-profile design sits flat under or over clothing eliminating the bulk that plagues wider belts. Last month I was prepping for a trail marathon with a gear-heavy 20-miler including phone navigation fuel and emergency layers. My previous belt turned the outing into a chore—constant adjustments pockets shifting contents rattling and eventual chafing that forced an early stop. Switched to the Dual Pocket Pro and it transformed the run. Everything stayed locked in place no bounce no noise allowing pure focus on pace and terrain. I negative-split the back half finished strong and even added hill repeats because the comfort let me push further without gear fatigue. What truly distinguishes this from competitors is the zero-bounce stability combined with thoughtful capacity. FlipBelts require awkward tube-loading and often migrate Nathan models add unnecessary weight with rigid bottles and cheaper alternatives stretch out after a few uses losing tension. The SPIbelt's elastic pockets expand precisely then retract keeping items snug while the wider strap distributes pressure evenly for hours-long comfort. I've logged over 200 miles with it through machine washes and varied conditions with zero wear on the elastic or fading of the black fabric. For runners who refuse to settle for mediocre gear management this is the benchmark. It's not the loudest marketed option but it's the most refined and effective. Essential upgrade.

Perfect adjustable belt with great storage for runs
I picked up this running belt because my old running belt shrunk in the wash and barely fit anymore. I love that this one is highly adjustable it’s easy to tighten or loosen so it stays comfortable whether I’m going for a short jog or a longer run. The dual pockets are super handy. The main pocket fits my phone securely without bouncing, and the second pocket is great for running gels, keys, or everyday items like cash/cards. Everything stays put and is easy to access while I’m moving. Really solid design and great for running.
