They are lovely but as you can see the metal ring has fallen off underneath. Did message them, explained what was wrong. They did reply but wanted a picture. However when using the message there wasn’t an option to attach a photo which I did explain and they said Amazon rules say the can’t exchange email addresses and haven’t responded to my last message so this was all I had left available to show what’s wrong

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about these pans, they look good, there not too light or too heavy, the handles are very nice to grip, they are soooooo easy to clean, they cook well and best of all...... they are actually NON -STICK!!!! I have tried loads of different non-stick frying pans in my 50 years of cooking and these are simply the best!!!! I would recommend them to EVERYBODY!!! Thankyou, Russell Hobbs. 😊

I have been using them for a month or so and I am very happy with these frying pans. They don't need much oil and they are non stick. I used metal spoons on them and there is not even a little scratch. Very pleased with them. They arrived earlier than expected.

Good sturdy pans but after 3 months use they’re already marked and they aren’t scratch resistant.

Great product non sticky very easy to clean

Although I am happy with those pans, unfortunately they are not flat enough for me to cook on.
