Also, where the black post meets the leaf, a plug of wood is missing which shows an open plug and unstained wood. Return was authorized but they gave a 7 day refund window. UPS could not guarantee they could deliver in time due to heavy shipping demands. If I returned it & didn’t arrive in time, then I’m out the $ and product. The defects are too visible to display anywhere except in a high place & at a distance. It’s unusable for me. Even if try to glue, the seam shows, and cannot fix missing wood at top of post. With heavy shipping demands - especially now at holidays, it’s not worth the risk. Other choice was to pay high $ for faster shipping. I still lose.
