My husband was having Arthroscopic knee surgery and would need to use ice packs to aid with pain control afterwards. This worked great. The velcro straps held it in place. Exactly as described.

I have bicep TENDINITIS. Very inflamed on front and back side of upper arm. I purchased Medium size w straps. Felt/blue side allows velcro strap to grap and hold in place as I wrap it around . Secures nicely. Much better quality than gel packs I was using w a hand towel. It's been 30 min and just as Ice cold. Flexible just enough to curve to arm.

These are great right out of the freezer but you would be lucky to get 1 hr of coldness from them.I had a hip replacement this week and while the above item was fine during the day because I put blue ice packet(s) (already had in freezer) under it and fastened the straps around all of it. If you sleep with just the brace, it will be melted and warm upon waking. I put a thermos bag full of blue ice packets right next to my bed inc. frozen water bottles and kept switching out ice packets/bottles while the brace was on to keep in place during the night.I also bought the small one because i can sit on it flat!

I have two different sizes. Great products worth the cost as they are durable. Same quality and functionality as professional cold packs used at my Physio Therapy clinic. Velcro straps are very strong and flexible even after leaving them in the freezer. Outstanding after purchase customer service. Highly recommend this companies cold packs.

This ice pack is great. I have one with the straps and one without. I feel like the ice pack without straps stays cold longer, however the convenience of the one with the straps (as one side is fabric for the straps to Velcro to) is totally worth it.I took a tumble a few weeks ago and my knee bent in a way in which human knees should not. Somehow, all but one ice pack vanished from my house and I decided it was time to get some new ones - even if just for back up for my one existing ice pack.These were highly rated and sounded good. Initially I ordered only the regular ice pad, but before it was even delivered, I ordered the one with straps as well. Totally worth it!

Best ice pack I own (I own several sizes of this brand) and the strap makes it so handy to use on knees, elbows, wrists, etc. They have no smell, are very well made and stay cold for a long time. They may be a little pricier but I have ones I've used for years and there is no sign of it leaking or breaking down at all so it's a great value for the cost. I threw out all my other ice packs and just got these in various sizes.

These are amazing, I love them. I bought a 2 pack because I have intense arthritis and nerve encroachment in my lower back at 40. They fit my back perfectly. They flex easily and it doesn’t stress the fabric. They stay cold longer than 20 minutes which is excellent. I’ll need these to ease my pain and inflammation over my years and I think these will work perfectly. These are the same brand my chiropractor uses. I also love the straps for when I’m driving or need to be doing things. Expensive, but absolutely worth it. I got one for home and one for travel.
