Logic Puzzles for Clever Kids: Fun brain games for ages 4 & up : Lynch, Molly: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Great little logic book - just wish it were longer! - My 4-year-old loved this book. It is just the right amount of challenge to keep him engaged but not so hard that he gets frustrated or feels disheartened. It needs a grown-up to explain what to do on each page but the actual puzzles he can mostly manage himself with minimal prompting. I would be surprised if this challenged most children much beyond the age of 5 (although I base that solely on my own son, who I would say is developmentally pretty average). The book has some lovely designs and is of a consistent level throughout, which is satisfying if it's the right level for your child. The flip side is that your child is likely to work their way through the book pretty quickly - I wish this author would publish another similar book, as I would buy it in a flash. I have instead resorted to going through the whole book and rubbing out all the answers so my son can do the puzzles again. Review: A must have for child's development - Fantastic book. It has patterns, rhymes, sequences, analogies, mazes, logic questions. It's amazing. My 4 year old cannot do all the pages yet, the math stuff for example, but we spend a good amount of time during the weekend working on it. She absolutely loves it. I'd buy it again. It's not the typical tracing book at all.

Enjoyable book. A little short
Our daughter just turned 5 and found this book enjoyable. It’s a nice entry level book into logic and similar puzzles which encouraged her to have fun whilst thinking creatively. The book felt somewhat short, having completed all exercises in 3 sittings (probably <1 hour total). In summary, a fun but short gateway book with engaging activities that avoids abstract concepts (and therefore avoids frustration / disengaging wondering minds).

Great. Hope they make many more
These are fab. Really gets kids to think. Perfect for my 5 year old. Also has additional exercise at the bottom of each page, to push them a little further. Really recommend, hope they produce many more.

Wide variety of engaging activities
The activities are all very diverse and engaging. There are always tips to extend the learning. Parents need to be there to explain instructions but that is expected with a 4yr old. great book to survivee quarantine and keep your preschooler mentally engaged.

Amazing book, helped with doing activities whilst homeschooling
My 5 year loved this book, we mixed this book with her homeschooling ( due to corona virus) and she thoroughly enjoyed doing all of the puzzles. Kept her busy for a awhile!!!

A must have
Amazing! I am so pleased with this book - very nice colours and interesting things for young kids to do.. They really help the child to get a hang of things like sequencing, inferring etc.
