The first day that I took it was strange. I was ravenously hungry. However, the second day I noticeably had less of an appetite then I normally would. I have only been on it for three days and do not have much too lose but I am active and looking to tone up significantly. I notice Surprising definition. Will keep this updated. Excited about this product. I have purposely not changed my routine because I wanted to see how this fit in my regular lifestyle which is already busy and active.

it works for me. I take a 2 pill dose around seven every morning before starting to work. It makes me feel full and eliminates my urge for eating, it also keeps me alert and focused. That will keep me running until around 2 pm when I usually take another 2 pills. While at work, I'll have some salad or boiled eggs on occasions but most of the days I wait till I'm back home to have my main meal of the day usually around 8 or 9 pm. Typically a huge salad with steak, fish, eventually some rice and potatoes but pasta is definitely out of the picture. We love bred but that's a Saturday morning experience when we remove all barriers for our weekly breakfast indulgence. So overall is good, nothing spectacular but it helps controlling cravings and I feel it works immediately. As you see I am not taking a third dosage after 2 pm. That works for me as I don't want to be completely deprived of appetite for the whole day either. I haven't experienced any negative side effects (nausea, jitters, crash). I am not sure it is a fat blocker but surely suppresses appetite and gives a little energy boost. The one I am reviewing it has 525mg 60% HCA however there's a new version with 750 mg per tablet and 85% HCA which appears to be the one with the highest HCA content in the market right now. I haven't tried that one.

Made me VERY dip[zzy and then after doing some research, I found this is a very bad supplement to take! Will not recomend!
