Be sure to put to screw the top back on right away before the plastic cools down. Tip - after doing the for a few months, the bottle I was using for refill must not have been as resilient and the cleaning liquid all leaked out (over the course of two days) because it is store upside down; to be safe, take the cleaning bottle out and store it right side up when not In use. **Q: does this work on vinyl plank flooring** A: Yes, the WetJet is safe to use on vinyl floors. -The Swiffer Team **Q: What are the batteries for??** A: Batteries provide power to the piece that sprays the swiffer solution. **Q: Does anyone know what kind of batteries are needed? This unit says batteries...** A: Our WetJets take AA batteries. -The Swiffer Team ## Frequently Bought Together - Swiffer WetJet Hardwood and Floor Spray Mop Cleaner Starter Kit, Includes: 1 Power Mop, 10 Pads, Cleaning Solution, Batteries - Swiffer WetJet Hardwood Floor Cleaner Spray Mop Pad Refill, Bathroom Cleaning Supplies, Hardwood Floor Cleaner, Multi Surface, 24 Count - Swiffer WetJet Multi-Purpose and Hardwood Liquid Floor Cleaner Solution Refill, with Gain Scent, 42.2 fl oz each, (Pack of 2) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/183766672-wetjet-hardwood-and-floor-spray-mop-cleaner-starter-kit-includes](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/183766672-wetjet-hardwood-and-floor-spray-mop-cleaner-starter-kit-includes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
