Great for the office environment. I like to put use fresh herbs in my food and it is very nice to have fresh basil/coriander at the office. However, they are very thirsty plants and can dry out very quickly. While it is usually not a problem at home where I can water them daily If necessary it is not an option in the office where I already starved to death a few herbs. Now it is very convenient to have this smart planter. Not only does it water my herbs but I can also keep it on my desk and it will not grow weird because of the lack of sun since this smart pot has an inbuilt grow light

Bought this as a gift. Downloaded the App and set up it up correctly.The light then stayed on for 2 weeks straight and killed the plants we put in it. They came out looking burnt after two weeks of high intense lighting.Options to troubleshoot on the App are non-existent and if you want the light to switch off I had to at the powerpoint. Would not buy again.

I'm not happy with this. It gets too hot as does the plug. I don't feel safe leaving it on so the planner cycle thing doesnt seem to matter as I keep interupting it.I can still use the light system for a couple of hours a day but I could do that before with much cheaper lights.It's got a gorgeous minimalist design to it

I am terrible at keeping plants but I like to have them around the house, especially herbs in the kitchen. With the lockdown going on I have been trying to think of different things to entertain my children too. We have bought this to plant some seeds in, and the great thing is that it does most of the work.This is a really smart piece of kit, it is modern looking and would fit in with any decor. It was easy to put together, just clip the pieces in and download the Tregren app. Then add some water, plant whatever you are planting, plug in and go.The app is clever, you can select what you are planting, and at what stage (seeds, plant etc) so that it customises it’s growing cycle. I’ve also set reminders so it tells me when to top up the water.
