These are great for saving space and organization
These I have found to be very sturdy and are great for both saving space and organization. You can put six items on each if you want to drop it vertically. If you want to just keep it on the clothes bar as is, you can hang 12 items. I would not suggest trying to hang anything really thick or heavy like a bunch of coats. The heaviest thing I have put on them are sweaters and maybe a skirt. Really the only thing that is not perfect about them is that you have to consider the height of the bar they are on and/or the distance between the clothes bars or the distance between the floor and the clothes rack. Once you drop them down vertically it’s possible that the lower clothes would drag the floor or a lower clothes rack. Like I said, they are really a great space saver, but are also good just for kind of getting organized and maybe putting similar items on one unit or maybe things of a certain color. It has made it much easier to find what I am looking for.

They’re sturdy; because they’re thick.
Love them, they’re sturdy and each hole is gaped to hold more than one hanger.

Not as effective as you would think, but they have their uses. Read for tips .
I bought these for more storage capacity, but they actually are not as effective as it would seem. First I already use the popular felt hangers which are very thin and these plastic holders can not push completely up against one another like my hangers do so they leave big gaps where more of my felt hangers would fit. I can fit as many or more of my felt hangers in the same space that these take up. It’s only really effective if you maybe double or triple up hangers on each section, which makes it less convenient and more likely to break. Second, they make a loud squeaky nose on my metal rod which is similar to nails on a chalk board. I’d have to use duck tape around the hanger to cushion it. Third, the first ring from which to hang a clothing item is so low on these that you can forget about using them for dresses unless you have a very high closet and or nothing at the bottom of your closet like shoes as I do. Finally the design is a bit tricky. I found if you hang the clothes from the opposite side of the hooks (basically opposite of what you’d expect) and then you start at the bottom and work your way up you can make it so you can have them hanging sideways, but when you want to find something you can pull it up and hook on the rack for more space between each item. This also works if you hang this device on the rack horizontal first, then add your clothes, then pull one side down into the side hang. That way you can view your clothes vertically or horizontally. That is kind of a neat feature, but if you don’t do it right all your clothes fall off and it took me a few tries to figure this out. So all in all I would say if you can just buy the thin felt hangers you’ll be better off. Maybe 1-2 of these for your thicker coats and stuff because they do help offset your thick items into layers. But a better option I’ve found is the felt hangers with hooks in the middle that let you hang other hangers on them in a cascading fashion. They are way thinner and more effective. However, Amazon was out of stock so that’s why I bought these.

Saves a lot of space!
These save so much space for your closet. I gave my sister some to try out and she loved them.

Does it really save closet space?
While obviously one hanger hook across the rod takes up less space than six, the space they take up below the hook will definitely pan out to be about the same. What I find most useful about these is that it’s easier for me to see my clothes and find what I’m looking for. Two hooks with short sleeve button downs, one hook with collared sleeveless, one with patterned T-shirts, one with plain, etc. and because they are hung staggered downward, one hook full of shirts moves so easily and freely, I can much more easily find what I’m looking for.
