I liked these Solgar Formula VM-75 vitamins. I took them in the fall and felt energetic. In winter, I got sick and felt that during my illness I had absolutely no energy. I wanted to sleep 23 hours a day. I increased the dose of the vitamin and felt a surge of strength. I took a slightly higher dose for a few days (which I do not recommend doing without consulting your doctor) and soon recovered. I continue to take these vitamins and will continue to do so. These capsules are easy to swallow and practically tasteless.

These are high quality vitamins great for wellness

I used to manage a health food store some years ago and I am here to tell you that I've seen and tried pretty much everything. This formula is, hands down, the best quality I have ever found. Some tips:-Keep the jar sealed and stored in a cool place because these ARE real vitamins. They will expire if uncared for.-These are very high quality and the capsules work great (and actually do not taste bad) if you just open them up and dump one (start with one, two if you're brave) into your blender when you make your protein/spirulina/.whatever sharke. These add quite a nutritional punch to them.-Tablets are fine but I have found that the capsules "work faster" and give you that "vitamin glow" much faster. You really CAN feel these!I wish they made the V-2000 in capsules but for some reason they don't. But that's fine, these are still amazing vitamins. Don't even bother with anything else. I've been using and recommending them for many years.Top notch!

The Solgar VM 75 is a great product but I became afraid to try to take the tablet form because I have difficulty taking large pills. I was glad when I found the capsules and decided to give them a try. They are a little large but they are so much easier for me to swallow than the tablets. I had given up on taking any kind of vitamins but had gotten so run down I decided to look for some smaller vitamins. I’m so glad I found these. The formula Solgar uses seems to be a great one and these should help build my immune system back up. Anyone with a sensitive nose should be aware that these capsules are a high potency product and they have a strong smell from the B complex. I always take them with food to get rid of the strong aftertaste and to keep them from upsetting my stomach.

These Solar V vitamins are pretty much the same recipe of the Solgar V tablets, but the tablets are large hard and easy to aspire if you’re not careful, (though they caugh up fairly easy, it’s still dangerous.) this preparation is encased in vegan capsules, easy to swallow and gives you the same nutritional boost. Solgar has helped keep me healthy and well nourished for 30 years and I hope they continue to do so for me AND YOU!
