Nerve Multi Vitamins: Special High-Potency Multi-Vitamin 30 Capsules

This multi vitamin is mostly a b-complex that uses methylfolate instead of the less absorbable folic acid. It also includes some of the more important nutrients without all the extras of a regular multi. Before finding this, I was having to buy multiple supplements to get what I needed and avoid what I didn't.One thing I didn't like was that I couldn't find the complete supplement information anywhere, so I had to take a chance. I'm glad I did because I'm very satisfied with it and will continue to buy more.I attached the best picture of the supplememt facts I could from the bottle. We got these because they contain folate instead of folic acid, which has come under fire for causing a lot of health problems in adults. I just wish they contained vitamin K.

I have been able to eliminate a prescription for anxiety, as well as eliminate taking a bunch of individual vitamins for my auto-immune disease, just by taking this one vitamin per day!! I am feeling great!
