I am SO pleased with this mermaid outfit!!! I read the reviews before buying and decided to get the 140cm (8-9) for my (nearly) 10 year old daughter...I’m glad I did or it would have been too big....she’s average height in her class and slim build (lucky monkey!) and it fits perfectly. I know it’s just shy of £20 but the fun she’s had with it in the week we have had it is priceless! The quality is much better than expected....some of the reviews say the material is cheap and nasty but I purchased this with expectation that it’s a novelty item and as long as it was stitched well then it should last....when it came I was pleasantly surprised.....it’s similar to a swimming costume material ....I haven’t unzipped the bottom as it’s one of those fragile zips that busts easily but the zips not really needed tbh. The little bikini is sweet too for when they turn back to human form! Anyway I waffled long enough.....it’s great and any little mermaid will love it! Enjoy!

Beautiful rainbow coloured, 4 piece mermaid set.Packaged well. Arrived in a clear plastic bag, the flower garland was wrapped up separately.Contents include -• A cute pink bikini. The top part of he bikini has ruffles on, this ties around the neck and back. The pants have an elasticated waist.• A blue flower garland with a blue ribbon to tie.• A long, beautiful, rainbow coloured with multicoloured spots mermaid tail. This is gorgeous. The base of the tail opens via poppers so the child can walk if they want/need to.The sizes can be a little confusing so here's a sum up -• 98-104 = 3-4 years• 110-116 = 5-6 years• 122-128 = 7-8 years• 134-140 = 9-10 yearsAbsolutely stunning mermaid costume. Made from soft, thin material, like that of a swimming costume. Made well, no loose threads. I love the popper design, easy walking!I would recommend this. Any mermaid lover would get excited for this! Perfect for summer!

Very cute and my 6 year old loves it. This is’t adjustable around the bikini (no ties - the straps are ones you tie to the desired length so some small adjustment can be made) but fitted her well as it’s got a good stretch. The knickers are fine - although a little tight (bit I went for a size down so I think the sizes are all well sized - if you go for the right one! Check their height first!)The tail is lovely and the main selling point for us. It has a zip so you can walk about in it too. She’s been watching tv in it but also has been in the paddling pool so we can vouch for it’s quality in the water - just like a swimming costume.She wasn’t too bothered about the headband, but i think this is a nice addition.

My daughter is very into mermaids at the moment so when this came up I knew she had to have it.The material is typical swimming costume material so it is good in water. The bikini top has a tie back and halter neck tie. It has lovely details to it and beautiful colours. The tail isn’t quite as nice as some others we have had- it has a popper button and no side fins like others have had.Size wise, we had a 140 which in description is for a 8-9 year old. I would say this is about right (use the size that your child is in as a guide rather than their age) but because it is stretchy it would fit slightly bigger/smaller too. Also comes with a lovely flower head band.

I was pleasantly surprised with this mermaid outfit as it’s a novelty piece, I wasn’t expecting much in terms of quality. But like I said, I was surprised. The stitching is good, even when my daughter was trying it on she was stretching the fabric in all sorts of ways when she was trying to get in and nothing “ping” or “popped”. The colour was vibrant as well. Other good attention to detail that I liked was the inclusion of a head garland.The only down point is that the material isn’t chlorine resistant which will dull the colour more rapidly.

this is such a super cute set. Comes with halterstyle bikini top, bottoms, tail and flower crown.The bikini top and crown can both be adjusted (tied to correct size). the bottoms and tail cannot be adjusted but are super stretchy.The tail was really long in length, super stretchy material. Its a shame the tail was just material and no padding in the tail fin to keep the shape. our toddler loves this set and constantly wants to dress up like a mermaid. she looks adorable in it.

this is a super sweet mermaid costume. The fabric is not the best as it is very think and poorly sewn together but it looks great and my daughter was super happy with it. Not only do you get a cute pink bikini set but also a lovely flower crown and the mermaid tail. It’s a lovely item for a girls photo shoot on the beach.

A lovely set, my 8 year old daughter loves it, but she's tall and skinny and the pants and top are a bit too big although I looked at sizes and age. Nevermind, she'll grow into it. The top has a jewel in the middle of the bow.
