It took me a while to find this product, I've tried a lot of the affordable do-it-at-home brands and they were a disaster. The good: This product is affordable, doesn't stain the skin, doesn't stain the tub, easy to use, right consistency, perfect color, covers grays 100%. You get a generous quantity of the product (I have medium-long thick wavy hair and there's enough product to cover everything, and more). The espresso color is very natural, it's the darkest brown before it's black, so it doesn't have the metallic cold sheen that black does The smell isn't deadly, it's tolerable. The pre-treatment for dry ends is my favorite part, and the conditioner smells very good and seems to be a good quality. The bad: The gloves that come with the product are very krappy. They don't provide with eyewear arms protectors (an absolute must for all Home kits). The product (as expected) will stain fabric and plastic eyewear.

I love the Schwarzkopf Keratin Permanent Hair Dye Cream! I have very dark brown, almost black hair with some grey. The Expresso color leaves my hair a beautiful, deep color and covers all of my grey perfectly. The keratin formula leaves my hair so soft and very shiny! It looks so natural that I get a lot of compliments on my hair. Go ahead and give it a try, you won't regret it!

I was super nervous to try box dye. I typically pay hundreds of dollars to get my hair done at a salon but since my grays are growing more and faster these days, I knew I had to try something different! I’m really happy with how it came out. It is kind of patchy but that’s completely due to user error. I had a lot going on between covering grays and old highlights. I was more focused on covering the grays and I’m so happy to say, it for sure covered them!! I will buy again in a month to redo before my cruise. The shade is beautiful and my hair is still soft and shiny.

Tried it today, no itching or strong smell like other brands. Covers the grays well. I liked the espresso one as it matched my natural hair color. I’ll update after a couple of weeks to see how long it says.

This was my first time using this brand I liked how it came with a serum to put on your hair before application the serum smelt good the hair dye was super easy to put on my hair and when I rinsed it out with shampoo my hair was actually soft while rinsing it out which never happens after coloring my hair, now the conditioner it comes with I’ll pass on that it smells like a perfume my grandmother used and it didn’t make my hair soft it left it feeling tangled so I used my own conditioner, the color is exact match to the box I used color expresso

Wonderful product for dying your hair! Lasted about two months and it was easy to use and quick. Made my hair nice and shiny, smooth and soft. The color also was perfect match for my natural hair. It’s not cheap but worth every penny

I really liked this hair color. I have dark black hair but have had highlights for quite sometime. I also have a lot of gray! I had to use two boxes because I have a quite a bit of hair, and did use BOTH bottles completely! It has great coverage and it covered both the highlights and the gray. That was not an easy task. I really had to take my time. I would definitely use better gloves next time than the ones given and my pinky finger tore through the glove and I didn’t realize it while applying. The color will NOT come off. I’ve tried everything. That’s okay though because now I know for future that I need better gloves and it will definitely stay on my hair! Lol I like that it didn’t make my head itch like crazy while processing, just a slight burning/tingling like most hair colors. Overall, great product and I will purchase in the future. I’ll prob only need one box next time bc I won’t have highlights AND gray to cover.

Amazing results no more grey. My hair had so much grey around my face and front and sides. Now it looks great 👍

I really like the colour this gives. But I have found even after a few washes, colour is still coming out. Which is super annoying and stains my towels. Will probably go back to the brand I used previously.
