It performs best when you know the direction of the broadcast towers and can point the antenna toward them, delivering strong reception in one primary direction. **Q: Does it need to be pointed in a specific direction?** A: Yes. A Yagi antenna is directional, meaning it must be aimed toward the broadcast towers for optimal reception. Use a signal strength meter or the FCC map for guidance. **Q: Will it work with multiple TVs?** A: Yes. You can use a splitter after the antenna, but each split may reduce signal strength. For multiple TVs, we recommend adding an amplifier. **Q: Is an amplifier needed?** A: An amplifier can improve signal strength if you have a long cable run (over 70 ft), are using a splitter for multiple TVs, or are in a weak signal area. This antenna works well both with and without an amplifier. **Q: Is it weatherproof?** A: Yes. It is constructed with UV-resistant materials and is designed for long-term outdoor use. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great reception and clear picture *by A***R on September 5, 2026* Very happy with this antenna. I live in a rural area, about 30-45 miles between the two major cities with towers. Installed this to bring in some local channels for my parrots (such as PBS kids) to have on during the day in their little house. It was a little confusing at first for the assembly but got it figured out and installed without much difficulty. I was able to pick up 45 channels which isn't bad for our area, especially on an older TV. It seems a bit flimsy in part of the antenna and hope it stands up to the high wind & heavy rain we often have. ## Frequently Bought Together - Five Star Yagi Satellite HD TV Antenna up to 200 Mile Long Range, Attic or Roof Mount Digital OTA TV Antenna for 4K Supports 4 TVs Installation Kit & Mounting Pole, Radio/FM Antenna - RELIAGINT 50FT RG6 Coaxial Cable with F Connector, F81 Female Extender Adapter, Low Loss High Speed Coax Cable Cord Extender for HD TV, Dish, Satellite, Antenna, TV Cable (50Feet, Black) - THE CIMPLE CO Antenna Amplifier, Digital TV Signal Booster, Adjustable Gain, 24 dB Distribution, NTSC, ATSC, FM, UHF, VHF, 1000 MHz, Includes RG6 Coaxial Cable --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/183539126-five-star-yagi-satellite-hd-tv-antenna-up-to-200](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/183539126-five-star-yagi-satellite-hd-tv-antenna-up-to-200) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
