Can this stay outside year round?

As someone who lives in a very windy area of Yorkshire we gave up on parasols and have drilled this to the patio - we have strong winds today and it’s all good. We have no intention of moving it each year (apart from the fabric on the top) and are expecting to need a couple of touch ups as and when - I think the side with bars definitely helps stabilise it - it is sturdy once in place - hope this helps (sorry for waffling)
