Tiny pot, big impact
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I'd forgotten I'd ordered this by the time it arrived two months later (this was expected, it's from China and gave an accurate delivery estimate). It's a surprisingly tiny pot, but it looks like it will last a fair bit, certainly for my purposes.I didn't get this for nail art, but for crafting with. From my experiments, I suspect that it's going to do what you need for your nails pretty well for a nice price. The gel doesn't dry completely clear, it looks a very dark grey that you only notice close up under resin, so a topcoat of nail polish would probably be the same. This only happens when it's cold, so probably won't be an issue on nails as the heat from your fingers should be lighting it up merrily. There's a lovely range of colours, and it's ridiculously fun to play with.From a crafting perspective, it's easy to apply and dries quickly. It still works under a couple of thin layers of UV resin, and seems to work in warmer ambient temperatures (my house is cold, so testing that out was a pain). I used a heat gun in the video to demonstrate the effect. I'll need to keep an eye on it to see if there are any issues with it not being as effective over time (not an issue for use on nails, because of the short time the product will be in use). If I find any issues with it, I'll come back and edit this review.I'm really happy with this stuff. The only 'problem' I can see people might have is the delivery time, but I'm not knocking any stars off for it because they're completely up front about that.
