Q: How do you open it,I bought 2 but can’t open them

The top dispenser turns to unlock it, can’t remember if it clockwise or anti-clockwise.

No, it's plant based. It comes out as foam. Smells lovely

Q: How many is in this pack?

I think I had to buy 3 for £9, or around that figure. It was a long while ago and the seller may have changed how they package them. I have since found it stocked in Tescos which is why I no longer need to buy on line.
