I was expecting just the screen and having to deal with adhesive (which is never fun to work with). This came with the the screen/lcd already in a new phone housing! All you have to do is be careful taking the circuit board, rear camera, vibrator, prox sensor, IR blaster, charge port, 3mm headphone jack, and antenna out of the back of the cracked phone, and place it in the new one! Not a terribly difficult task, took me about 30-45min. Helpful tip: heat up parts mentioned above with a heat gun or blow dryer, and use a plastic flat tool to lift it out of the old phone. Only thing to make this better is to bring the price down a bit!!! The only way the phone will work is if I use a binder clip on over the power button corner which tightens the phone so all the connectors touch and work...
