This whisk is very sturdy and it makes mixing the dough so much easier. The dough does not get stuck in between the coils and it is very easy to clean. It mixes the dough thoroughly and in less time than using a fork. I have seen others at a similar price, but their handle was a couple inches shorter than this one.
