Used this for only 4 days and put the case into charging for an hour. From there on the left ear pod is not charged. the case is not working properly for charging.when i try to register the complaint the replacement period ended hence could not submit my request (Due to this pendemic situation i could not open this delivery for almost a week due to travel). even i tried the call center no response.Also I could not find the manufacturers warranty replacement manual in the box to register with Buxaz.Buxaz has no website as well....Finally I wasted my money buying this worst prodcut...Dont Trust Buxaz!!!Amazon - Please understand the situation that we are in complete lockdown where people could not register thier complaints ontime. You should have extended the period for replacement complaint and informed to customers.

A very nice product I liked it a lot. So far used JBL tws100 & RealMe. Compared to both this is awesome. But I have an issue with the connection. While listening to songs it automatically stops and plays the song. Is it been faced by the others too r what.

Bluetooth connection is usually weak on this , categorizing them in basic bluetooth headphones would be fair though , bass is overrated on this one.

The earphone are good sounding and quality of case and earphone are good overall nice earphone

The right ear bud is not charging
