I had so many problems with my product. I purchased mine a few years ago and after a few months the actual chamber section started slipping out of the metal frame. When I sent pictures to their customer service, the rep had the audacity to say that someone must have been hanging on it!! How I-T-H does one hang off a device like this?? No support and feedback. Never returned my emails, either, after I was accused of hanging on it. My husband used some silicone sealant to help it stay but about 6 months ago, it started leaking and the LED lights have a bad contact that caused it to discolor in the lower corner! It is cheaply made. It's literally sitting empty in my basement hoping that one day I can fix it. $500 down the drain!! BUY SOMEWHERE LOCAL where someone can take accountability for a cheap product. BTW, we bought two bubble walls (this one and the smaller one) and guess what?? They both FAILED!!! Neither works. At the time, the smaller one was about $300. Pieces of crap!

We mounted this in our lobby and customers love it. I like that it does not have stones in the bottom as many do. The remote works well and it's nice to have the option to change it up. We keep distilled water on hand to refill it. You can see when the water level gets low and you just add more through the top.

We have our bubble wall hanging in our office reception area. It is very attractive and we receive lots of compliments on it! We had a minor issue with one of the wands. The company immediately shipped me several new ones at no charge. When replacing the wand, we accidentally allowed the power supply slip down into our wall. We cannot retrieve it so I called the company to order a new one. They are shipping me a new one at no additional charge...not even shipping! This is outstanding customer service!

I have 4 of these bubblers in my restaurant and I love them. We get wonderful comments about them constantly from our customers. The ambience they have created for our room is amazing. The service and professionalism from the company is also first rate. If your looking for something special to impress, look no further.
