This is an excellent product in every way, but I do wish Rachel Ray would move her manufacturing to the USA. I have always avoided, when possible, any product from Communist China. Now it is even more important to keep jobs "at home". Thus the four stars instead of five!

I bougt this for my mom to make a cheesecake. She said it was so easy and turned out perfect.

I purchased because it was leak proof .... it leaked all over my oven, made a mess and the dish was dry ... don’t buy this spring pan! I am now looking fir a good spring pan ... looking for recommendation.

Great baking pan. Easy to use and to clean. Just the right size for a great cake.

This pan worked very well. Easy release. I definitely recommend it.

Leaks but that's ok. I just wrapped it with foil so I could water bath cook my cheesecake.
