Great!
It doesn't vibrate, it doesn't calculate slope, and it doesn't make coffee in the morning. But what it does, it does perfectly; and that is give you an accurate distance to the flag. It has two modes: scan and pin lock. I haven't used scan mode much yet, because pin lock mode is so easy and give me what I need. I have now played four rounds with it and have used it on the range where it is really helpful since where I practice the teeing area is always moving up and back because of the grass so the posted distance signs are never correct. The other day I played with a buddy who has a Bushnell V3. We compared side by side for the entire round. Most of the time the numbers matched exactly when they didn't, they were never more then a yard off one way or the other.I always walk and I hang it from the umbrella nub on the front of my push cart which makes it really easy and fast to grab, shoot, and put back with out any delay. It much faster then walking off distances. It also really helps with club selection to know exactly what you are facing. For example, "Oh I'm about six yards in front of the 150 marker and the flag is in the back, so it must be about 160". But when I shoot it, it is actually 168. Big difference.I've only had it for a short period of time but the build seems solid and it has a full one-year warranty and after that a $99 replacement policy for the life of the unit.I am very glad I bought this one instead of the much more expensive brands.

Good - but still haven't broke 80
I was having trouble getting a reading at first, until a friend explained that you have to aim at the top of the flagstick. Voila, now I get good accurate reads consistently. It helps to also have a GPS sometimes when there are other targets around the flag so you know about what the yardage should be. It fits nicely in the front zipper pocket of my golf shorts, so I'm less likely to leave it somewhere.

Not a good product.
The response from the company is excellent, unfortunately the product is not. I used my range finder twice, stored it as directed, I’m a snow bird, and when went to use it again found half of the display would not work. The company responded immediately that they would look at the device, I am over the 1 year warrant period, and there would be a maximum of $99.00 charge. I informed them I would not throw good money after bad.

$1/flag is not a good value.
I wish I had read reviews before buying more batteries. The display faded so I can hardly see the numbers. I thought I just needed new batteries....nope defective. Now I read other reviews and find this is common. I have had it for two years but use it very sparingly...at the range and tricky cases where I want a second opinion from my Garmin watch. I have probably shot 200 flags total with this thing and now it's a paperweight.$1/flag is not a good value.

This is a handy piece of equipment for the course or the range. Easy to hold steady and quick to zero in (if you actually aim at the flag). I have this as well as a range finder, but use this more often because it's instant. Doesn't give you all of the bells and whistles a gps might, but if you are wanting to get a sense of how your clubs fly, this works great. Great customer service as well.

Failed to work after 7 months
After only 7 months, the digits do not appear clearly despite changing the battery. Warranty is only 90 days and the other warranty cost $99. Why spend another $99 when the next one may not work very long either.

Bought this 2 years ago. after 18 months and only 20 rounds of golf the numbers are not showing fully and if you shoot a pin 3 times you get three very different yardages. I've tried changing the battery but I suspect that their is dry soldering in the unit itself. Hoping someone at the company will read this and replace the unit/

This range finder is ok but not as good as some more expensive range finders
This range finder is ok but not as good as some more expensive range finders. A lot of times its hard getting zeroed in on exact target and several times it appears to be off compared to fellow golfers range finders but for the money its been ok.
