Shrink wrap on the package may have a little leakage, it has not been tampered with no worries
The air conditioner is amazing very effective. At least my hair is so soft. It doesn’t have a crazy smell actually smells good and it’s a great value. It’s easy to use. You just rub it in your hair after you wash your hair. I put it in my hair, even when my hair is dry just to give extra moisture and it dries completely dry. It doesn’t dry oily or anything and I love that. The only thing that you have to know is when you receive it, it does tend to have a little bit of leakage from the top of the bottle which you may feel when you take the item out of the Amazon package or envelope and I guess that’s normal from handling during the delivery phase. Don’t worry there’s nothing wrong with it. it is encased in shrink wrap, but if you see it does have some that has leaked out from the top because it is a push button top spout so maybe if the deliver grabs the package a certain type of way it may be possible for them to push the spell unconsciously. I’ve had two orders that were like that I just took it out of the envelope and rinsed off the outer shrink wrap, then rinse off the bottle dried it off and pushed it closed. No big deal but just wanted you to know if you ordered this product there’s nothing wrong with it. It hasn’t been tampered with. it’s just that the cap sometimes leaks not excessively. It’s not like half empty or anything, but I just wanted to put that in there that it’s all good AMAZING product. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this and they also have a leave in spray moisturizer that I will be purchasing as well. Great great product.
