I love these towels for their absorbency, colors, softness, and because they're ecologically sound.But they snag on every thing, with threads dangling everywhere, and look like rags within a few days of use. Also, they hold lots of water, which is great, but they take a long time to dry.Would not recommend.

I'm giving these three stars because once they are wet they don't dry out as quickly as my other kitchen towels. They are otherwise very nice, soft towels.

Fast drying. Washed once so far in cold water and it appears to be color fast. Doesn't seem to pick up odors like our pure cotton towels do after repeated wash and dry during active use.

Like most cloth products, these are coated with something that makes them very soft to the touch, but the same coating makes them less absorbent until you wash them four or five times. After that, they’re still soft but now they’re like sponges. Like, weirdly absorbent. Science!

They are a beautiful color and quite absorbant but, the first time I washed & dried them, the end bindings shrank horribly and they no longer lie flat or look nice. Also, they snag easily.

The towels are prettier in person and look very well made. Cant wait to use them. I love the deep blue color. Hope they hold up after washing.

Omg they are so soft and absorbent. Now I'm looking for bath towels made of bamboo
