This poster is great! Easy to read, many exercises shown. Laminated nicely, I used double sided gorilla tape and hung it on my basement wall.

Great posters for great workouts. Added velcro so I can use both sides. I can mark and erase on the posters to track what I did.

This is good for reminding me of different things I can do on my cable machine when trying to mix up my workout. It will not help you with form or technique. For the price it does what I needed. The poster itself is good quality and looks good in my home gym.

I recently acquired a Functional Trainer and was looking for a chart to help me with more exercises ( and my husband's). This was great! I framed it and put it on the wall next to the equipment. I recommend this for anyone looking to utilize it, as I have.

I love this chart!! Now that I am working out at home without all the different machines that break down these exercises at the gym, I wanted an easy way to learn. These are straight forward and so helpful! Excercises are broken down into: Upper body/Core/Back/Lower body. It then shows how to perform each exercise and what muscles they work. The poster is large and easy to see and laminated to hold up. It does come rolled up but the paper has different ways to flatten out!

The illustrations are great. Sometimes I like to change up my workouts and hit a roadblock, these illustrations really help guide you to other routines.

i joined my community rec center. It is simple and doesn't have much equipment. It has a nice cable system and dumbbells. I carry the poster and use it as a guide to hit muscle parts. It has helped me
