Easy to use Blender
This blender works perfectly as advertised. It chops veggies and mixes dressings really well. Very easy to use and to clean. Just note that I ordered the model that doesn’t have a speed dial and I meant to order the one with speed dial but options were not very clear.

Customer Service is Useless
After a year of using the product(just one a week) I had a problem with the shaft as it was making a loud noise. I reached out to Vevor's customer service and it was useless. The just said that the product was out of warranty and they cannot do anything about it and did not offer any recommendation where I could send the product to check it (even if I had to pay for it) I reached out again to ask where to buy spare parts. Again, the said that they don't sell the parts and they had no idea where to buy them. DON't WASTE YOUR MONEY with this brand.

Fastest blender I have ever owned.
Works likes a charm mixing and blending in a foot deep of liquid and oil.

Love holding the blender
This is a great purchase for the money. My only complaint is it is one speed. But for the money you get power, good speed and a very sharp blade with a spare blade. Love the detachable head, makes it easy to clean vs. lugging the whole body and motor to the sink.

Works Ok, then Will break in less than 4 months. Recommend buying higher quality, elsewhere
Broke in less than 4 months. Not that powerful. Company doesn't do returns. Recommend buying higher quality. I only used it maybe for a couple hours of cooking every other week or so. Barely used and broke. 0 star if possible.

Stopped working after 14 weeks.
We received this blender on April 15th 2023 to mix kava for our kava bar. We used it once or twice a day for about 3 minutes at a time and it was working beautifully. After about 12 weeks the lock-on button stopped working, though, so we had to manually hold the power button the entire time it was running. THEN, two weeks later (yesterday) it will not turn on at all. We tried multiple outlets to verify that it wasn’t an electrical issue, and it’s not. Unfortunately it’s been too long to return it on Amazon, and Amazon disabled the “contact seller” button as well. I do not recommend this blender.
