I was given some troubleshooting to do, which failed. They immediately expedited a new meter out to me. We installed it and it is working perfectly. Great customer service!! I installed 2 of these electronic flow meters on my pressure washing trailer to keep track of how much water goes in my tank. I installed June 1st 2023 and within a few days I noticed moisture inside the face of the display and it has only gotten worse. These worked great for the short time I had them. I don't know if I received a bad batch or if this is normal. I will try to contact the seller to see if they will replace them.

The const./install was easy, the meters came online with no issues. I bought both a 1.5" and 1" model to balance water flows between pool propane heater and solar heaters for maximum efficiency heating for our swimming pool. I am not interested in the totalization feature, just the actual instantaneous "flow rate". Instructions are not clear on how to set this up, the 1" meter does have the instantaneous flow in the small font, the main reading totalizes, which is acceptable for me, the 1.5" meter only totalizes on both readings which does not meet my requirements. Do I need a different meter head for the 1.5" meter or is is this a set up issue? Do you have a service number I can talk to a person concerning this? Thanks Jeff

Perhaps the use of this with pvc plastic would be much easier. But, I was using stainless steal. I probably redid this product 6 times. I usually do 3 rotations with the tape then putty on pipes. One side took 9 rotations and the other 12 with putty to finally stop dripping. Otherwise the flow and digital aspects of the product appear working.

The frist 1 I bought did not work at all ,they replaced it at no cost, an it works awesome, we pump approximately 400 gal water threw it daily,(((( Love it))))

Updated 4/30/24 3hrs after install in a closed system, radiant heating system, it developed a load rattle. Readings dropped from 7.2 gpm to 6.6. Now I have to undo it from its NPT couplings to look inside and see what happened. Follow up: Removed the unit and inspected the rotor. It was unbalanced by a small blob of teflon pipe seal compound from one of the joints in the system. Replaced the unit and everything works as expected. Note : the NPT threads are a fraction large and the NPT connector "bottoms out" before making a tight enough seal. I filed the male connector slightly and reassembled. All OK now!

The first meter we received had an issue and they were incredibly responsive and sent a new one out asap. Would defiantly purchase from them. Thanks for standing behind your product.
