The black grip is easy to hold, while the sapphire-grit coated file (rougher on one side, smoother on the other) make it easy to smooth your nails. They last for years, too. I had one for at least 10 but sadly lost it--which is the only reason I had to buy replacements! A great value for two.

I've now owed these files for almost 3 years. The entire time I have almost exclusively used only one file. I have one file in my possibility kit in my vehicle, one in my travel bag two packed in storage and the one I use kept in the bathroom. The one I use shows no sign of degradation from use whatsoever. I've used it on both fingers and toes for almost 3 years now and it performs the same today as it did the day it arrived. I've seen other reviews saying their file wore out. This has not been my experience to any degree. The grit on the file looks and feels the same as the as the other files rarely or never used. The files I received are of excellent quality and I expect to get many more years of use out of them. If my main use file eventually fails the other 4 will be waiting. I do not expect to ever have to buy another nail file in my life. 10/10 highly recommend.

Well made, strong and easy to use

Had better experiences with other brands. Not the most precise, but they get the job done for delicate work and details. If you're looking for a budget option, might be worth a try.

Love the different sizes to fit multiple places. The different grits on each size is useful although I don’t know how well they last over time Wish they were slightly firmer as they do have some flex to them-which some may prefer. The tips are useful to clean under nails and buffer piece smooth and shines nails to look polished

I love these! They are as described. I have somewhat fragile nails that tend to peel and tear easily. Because of that I find I can’t use emery boards and many nail files so I am always on the search for the perfect nail file. I can say without equivocation these fit the bill. They get the job done easily with no need to apply pressure and they leave my nails smooth and even, even when using the “coarse” side. The “smooth” side leaves them like glass, never a snag or the least rough edge. What’s more for a ridiculously low price you get sizes for every location so you should never be without one. This is one of the best bargains on Amazon, in my view!

These are top quality nail files! I would definitely buy them again, but at my age I have a feeling that they will out last me. Yeah they will definitely out last me.

I like these nail files very much. They are thin so you can work around the edges of the nail more easily. It's kind of hard to find these old-fashioned nail files anymore. These are especially good quality and they come from Germany, so that figures. I got the three pack so I can have one in my purse, one in the bathroom, one at the dressing table. I really would like to have more of them and put them in other places where they would be handy.

I have never had better. Extremely good quality files: quite thick metal with an excellent filing surface and pointed tips. These are far superior to anything else I've tried. Exceptional quality at a very reasonable price.

These are simply the best quality Nail files I have ever purchased- they last so much longer compared to other brands. Truely a great German Quality product- 5 Star and highly recommend the product to anyone ****
