Kiwi 209-000 Suede and Nubuck Care Kit

I am thoroughly impressed!! I stained these Birkenstocks in Croatia last summer and thought they were a lost cause. I did some research and found this product and I’m so surprised it has worked this well. You do have to “scrub” the eraser a bit and don’t be afraid to put more pressure for darker stains. 10/10 would recommend - this has saved me $130 for a new pair.

Bought this kit for use on various suede items...I don't own anything made of nubuck that I'm aware of...Works just fine to remove spots left by evaporated water, spots left by other liquids, and "shiny marks" (aka indentations)...The eraser block has two flat smooth surfaces, while the other four are rough and can crumble slightly...The directions don't tell you which type of eraser surface to use as you rub it back and forth over the problem area, but the only thing that made sense was to use the rough areas...After fixing the problem area on the suede, you then use the plastic handled brush to bring up a nap...The bristles are strong/stiff, and look like they are made out of the same material as a standard toothbrush or nail cleaner...The brush would probably outlive the eraser... Wasn't flat out, 100% certain that I was using the product correctly, and didn't want to leave a review that could possibly lead to damage of your item...So, when in doubt, call the company and ask the same questions until you get someone who can answer them...I just made the call and was told that, yes, it's the rough sides you want to be using... THE TWO PICTURES: If you are prone to misplacing things, this may help...If you slide the eraser underneath the wider part of the handle and turn it 90°, it fits quite firmly...You can shake it as hard as you want, it's not going anywhere... Finally, I couldn't find a phone number for the Johnson/Kiwi company anywhere online in five or ten minutes of searching...Here it is anyway, along with the product code... Works well. Simple to use. Won’t get Heavy stains out but refreshes nubuck

I was so devastated when I got my ugg boots wet, I had no idea what to do until I bought this eraser and it saved my UGGS!!!!!! My Uggs were super wet and damaged & I did a couple swipes with the eraser and boom they were back to new I was soooooo happy! Really good product for the price definitely recommend buying, it will save your suede and make them look brand new !!!! :)))))

The eraser did work but the brush was too hard. I used a soft toothbrush on my washed pink jordan 1s. I suggest using a soft brush and not the one that they give you. It messed up my suede.

I hardly ever write reviews but I thought this might help someone. I live in the south and my uggs were looking awful after withstanding the snow and salt. I bought the ugg cleaning kit but it somehow made them look worse. I thought they were ruined so I started looking at my options-a new pair, a professional cleaning attempt (ugg renew) but did some further research and decided to try this. I'm so happy with the results. It took some time and they're not perfect but they have a lot of life left! I'll definitely be doing a heavy duty waterproof on them, but I recommend this product if you're having issues with stains and water marks on uggs.

Got into vintage purses, bought this for the suede purse I have. Sometimes its hard to find these products in the store so amazon comes in handy

Just took a pair if LLBEAN suede slippers out of the box Thanksgiving morning. While cooking breakfast, a blob of oil and egg mixture fell right on the top. After Googling for cleaning, I found vinegar, alcohol and baking soda didn't make a lick of difference. To Amazon I went. Based on a bit of research and looking at reviews for this product, I decided to give it a try. WAS I SURPRISED! Within 5 minutes I had completely gotten the stains out! It does rub up the nap a little, but I'm the only one who will notice.

Originally bought this for my suede sofa, which was taking quite a bit of damage from my cats walking on it. It didn’t work for my suede sofa, but it was worth a shot. I now use it for my boots, which is the intended use. Works perfectly for them! If you’re buying this for furniture, pass on this and try something else. But if you’re buying it for shoes (what it’s made for), it’s a good product!

The eraser did not remove the stain from the suede boots. one of the boots had water line and the other pair had a tiny wine stain. Both of them did not come off with multiple tries. It only lightened it a very little but that's all. I will recommend getting a suede cleaner for any stains.
