INKPRESS MEDIA 350GSM,20MIL, 95% Bright Quality Paper (#ACW851110)

I was pretty skeptical that this would work. I wanted to make 3x3 mini canvas paintings to give as a gift for a ladies' spiritual retreat. I used Word to setup a page with four very colorful images and scripture. I then converted the doc file to a pdf file. Then used a standard ink jet printer to print. They came out beautiful. They look like they were painted on the canvas. The ink dried quickly even before the printing was finished. This is an excellent product. I was very concerned that the ink wouldn't dry or that the pages would be too thick for the printer. Absolutely no problems. This product would also be excellent if you wanted to print a picture and have it look like it was painted on canvas. I bought mini 3x3 canvas frames with canvas on them. I plan on removing the canvas and gluing my canvas paintings to the frames. This product is superior to other products of this medium because it is actually canvas and not paper made to look like canvas.

I own and use a number of different high quality papers some extremely expensive such as Hahnemuhle fine art rag and some of the more economical papers such as Epson, (they have a very high end line but I'm speaking about their more "average" papers).Amongst the list is InkPress. I own and use a number of different sizes and from gloss to canvas and always found InkPress to be a very good middle-of-the-road paper that I can offer my customers who didn't want to go into the much higher costs for their prints.I've used Office Depot's canvas paper in the 8 1/2 x 11 size and it always was slightly undersized and quality not that great. So one day after running out of the Office Depot canvas I decided to order InkPress instead and when I got it I was very pleased with the quality and accuracy of the size.I will always recommend InkPress papers because I can say I've never had any problems with any of the various papers I've got from them. I always recommend that you download their profiles that you can access easily from their website.

Even though it took me a while to set up my Canon Pixma IP6700D printer in order to print photos on this thicker canvas type of paper, i'm very satisfied with my photos. Before you start printing any photos, you need to make sure that you load the sheets into the lower cartridge on your Canon Printer because they won't feed from the top paper feeder and be sure to set the Paper settings to "Matte Paper" and the Color settings to "Vivid" to get the best looking results. I also noticed that you need to load the sheets, good side down, in the paper cartridge because all of the canvas sheets have a good "Bleached" side that you should print on instead of the "Unbleached" raw canvas looking side that you shouldn't print on in order to get a sharp vivid photo. Otherwise, you will get a soft looking appearance on all of your photos.

It easily when through my Lexmark printer, and the colors were clear and wonderful! I made a photo wall hanging for a gift and used the canvas because of the great photo reproductions!! I printed and used 96 4x6 photos! The only problems I had was that my sewing machine cabinet has square corners and I did see on a couple of pictures that the pictures were scratched from getting caught on the square corner of the cabinet but very little! If I was going to make a blanket I would use cloth though the printer not the canvas!

The canvas quality is perfect for fine art printing on a Canon Pro-100 printer. Inkpress's website was very helpful too in finding the correct ICC profiles, and this brand works fabulously with Canon printers. We've used a few different Inkpress products with our fine art and Canon printer, and couldn't be happier with the quality. The brand is a sure thing and we continually use them for our fine art products that we sell. Highly recommend!

I got a package of this canvas to try out. I used it to print some landscape pictures on my Epson 1430. I was satisfied with the results. Color rendition was quite satisfactory as was resolution. The thickness gives a good body to the print. Price is reasonable for the type product.

I purchased this product to print some of my landscape photography. I printed on a canvas to give a "painting feel" for sets of cards I am giving to friends as Christmas gifts. I ended up printing on the "wrong side" because the "right side" is too smooth. The cards turned out beautifully and I am very pleased with the results.

It won't feed through my HPC4795 printer. I attached with tape a paper leader of cardstock, but it became unattached inside the printer and took awhile to get the paper, tape, and canvas out of the printer. I'm sure with a printer that would feed the canvas the printed effect would look like a painting especially with a photo that was transferred to look more like it was painted by a software program. Perhaps the copy shop has a printer that can run the canvas.
