Fits most of shoes. They have help with foot pain. Flexible and does let see to slip.

I have a neurological problem in one of my feet which makes walking extremely painful. I’ve used Tuli’s heel cups for years, but discovered this super soft version only recently. These heel cups have improved my quality of life. I wish that I had discovered them sooner. They didn’t fix the problem, but they did make it a little easier to deal with. I will never wear any pair of shoes again without these heel cups.

Recommended by my podiatrist, fixed my heal pain. There is a little curve in getting used to the feel, give them a chance, worth it. I started buying pairs for my friends when they complain about heal pain and worked for them as well.

The product it well-made. I got it for my plantar fasciitis. What I didn’t like about it is the angle would cause my foot to slide to front of shoe making my toes uncomfortable. I opted for a full insert rather than a half because of this. I couldn’t bear my squished toes long enough to see if the product would help with the pain. My mother did use this type and brand for heel pain back in the day and she said it worked great for her, which is why I tried it.
