Wow! These are great heel cups.
I have a neurological problem in one of my feet which makes walking extremely painful. I’ve used Tuli’s heel cups for years, but discovered this super soft version only recently. These heel cups have improved my quality of life. I wish that I had discovered them sooner. They didn’t fix the problem, but they did make it a little easier to deal with. I will never wear any pair of shoes again without these heel cups.

Great fit
Great! They provide extra cushion for my heels as I walk. I have plantar fasciitis and recently had surgery on my left foot. It feels like I am walking on a soft surface. I bought the regular and they fit great! So glad my Podiatrist recommended them to me.

Didn't help
Too high for shoes, not enough cushion, heel still hurts and with effort tito keep shoes from slipping off foot, air in the ball of foot now.

As Advertised
The product it well-made. I got it for my plantar fasciitis. What I didn’t like about it is the angle would cause my foot to slide to front of shoe making my toes uncomfortable. I opted for a full insert rather than a half because of this. I couldn’t bear my squished toes long enough to see if the product would help with the pain. My mother did use this type and brand for heel pain back in the day and she said it worked great for her, which is why I tried it.
