What is best program to use with these? I don't like the Avery one. I can't get enough on card. Is there a way to print on the back too?

You could probably use any program you want, if you can put words on the screen and position the content where you want it. It's easy enough to figure out what your margins should be - and if you have trouble with that, use one of the card sheets and trace the outlines on a piece of plain paper to test your placement before printing on the real thing.

Can these be printed double sided?

Yes, both sides are blank so you can print on both sides

Are these lined or blank?

blank - 3 cards per sheet - perforated edges to make tearing apart easier - but once you tear one off, you can't put it back in the printer
