Performance Vented Fishing Shirt Long Sleeve Shirt Mesh Side Vents UPF 50 Dye Sublimation Print

Ok, I don't usually do reviews. I've been looking for a long sleeve shirt I can wear while it's summertime hot out. Huk and Under Armour fish gear is awesome and I own both. These shirts are as good quality and a tad bit lighter (cooler) IMO. The reason I want long sleeve is to protect my skin from sun. I have sleeve tattoos (sun fades ink) and hate putting chemicals on my skin. I will be ordering ALL the color options. At 30 bucks, I'm saving a twenty dollar bill with every shirt...

I just received this shirt and really like the quality and the design, However, it's a bit small for an XL so be warned. I recenly purchased a few other similar UPF long sleeved shirts (by Columbia) that were also XL and they are a much better fit. So, good shirt, just make sure you order a size larger or are in excellent shape!

I've been wearing Koofin shirts on the motorcycle in Hot Weather now for several years. These are of very thin yet sturdy material that wick moisture away keeping you dry and cool. Every once in a while you can find them on Amazon for 20-30 dollars.Used to be able to get them with just the Koofin logo which I prefer since I wear them riding motorcycle. Seems recently all their shirts have fishing specific logos. Still great shirt.

I buy UV-protective shirts. I usually get Denali, which is a great company and makes great shirts, but I thought I'd try this one, since it had some good-looking shirts. I was a little leery: I've gotten others that are good, but sometimes the stitching at the cuffs is a little off, or it doesn't look quite as finished. This one is excellent. The fit was exactly what I wanted. The stitching at the arms was a good tight stitch, and the cuffs were finished off in a contrasting color with no loose threads. I'm going to get more!

I first started purchasing the UnderArmour fishing clothing but didn’t like their higher prices and moved to HUK shirts where I believed to be the BEST!! Then on a wild whim, I tried this shirt that I found to be more comfortable than the other brands. I live in a climate where 100+ degree days are the summer norms and this shirt keeps me extremely comfortable on those miserable days. I only wish that they have more colors and products in my own size. I’ll just keep looking on Amazon to see more availability....

Note: I received this item at a discounted price for my honest review...honestly my husband loves the quality of this shirt and he is the type that is always skeptical of anything purchased online. He's just CERTAIN items are not of the same quality as what you can purchase for double the price in stores-LOL. The color appeared slightly different than the picture shows, but it is common knowledge (I believe) that depending on computer monitor settings this is a common phenomenon. I would say it presented more of a muted green than what is shown. Very happy with this purchase. Do note though that these types of shirts are created to be tight fitting so if you do not want that, you may want to size up.

I have only worn the shirt a couple times so I can't speak about durability. Is a nice looking shirt. The size is what's important. I always wear XL shirts, no matter the type, to have long enough arms and room at the chest and shoulders. I didn't want this shirt to be skin tight and so ordered XXL. The fit is loose in all areas, including my forearms. I like it but I'd try an XL if I wanted a fit typical of this kind of shirt.

I liked the color scheme. The fit left something to be desired. This is the second Koofin fishing shirt I've purchased. Both list polyester at 90% and spandex at 10%. There has to be something wrong there. This new shirt fills like you are wearing a balloon. It's very elastic. More so then it needs to be. The 1st Koofin fits like glove. It's very comfortable.I'll probably buy one more Koofin fishing shirt to see if it fits better then this new purchase. If it doesn't, I'll have to try another brand.
