Trone Ganza, Smart Toilet with Siphon-Assist Flush, and Toe Touch Technology, Smart Toilet Seat for Bathroom - Version 1 without efoam

Researched intelligent toilets for months and decided to take a chance on a newer brand, Trone. Sooooooo glad I did! Either $9,000 for Koehler or $1,200 for a better looking toilet with more features? The answer was clear! Trone! Purchased the Amazon extended warranty as a safety net to accompany the manufacturers 3-year warranty. This particular model is actually produced by Seewin, a reputable Chinese intelligent toilet manufacturer. These are fairly new to the USA and I’m so thankful I stumbled upon this gem! I’m a very picky buyer who researches products extremely before investing. I felt so positive about this toilet that I ordered two, one for our guest powder room and one for our master bathroom. Will be replacing the rest of the toilets with these as well. Can’t beat it! Incredible craftsmanship, superb packaging, and a simple installation make this toilet worthy of 5-stars! Just buy it!

Compré este toilet por que estoy remodelándolo mi casa y tarde un poco en instalarlo por que tuve unos inconvenientes y no sirve en absoluto este toilet todo el agua se pone en la caja eléctrica y se sale por debajo y ahora dice que no me lo cambian por el tiempo. esto es ridiculo ni lo use y no fue tan económico para no responder por los defectos de fábrica además esto no lo vende Amazon es un vendedor externo por eso no sirve su garantía . No lo recomiendo en absoluto

I wish I would have went with a brand I knew. 6 months in and the seat is peeling. The seat has also broken at the hinge and has trouble staying closed. Could flush a little better. Constantly have to clean it after using it once.... I chose the cheaper option, but regret that now. The instructions were horrendous google translated english and some of the instructions don't actually do what it says it will. Still can't figure out how to clean with bidet wand, even though it says on the in user manual, but doesn't say out to get it to come out to clean it. I have also Google instructions and found 3 different sets with 3 different instructions. Spend more money. Get something that works.

I have had a bidet attachment before and it worked but I wanted an integrated toilet. Installation process was seamless (there are some easy videos to check out online as well). My favorite features include the seat warmer and fan as well as the touch less flush and seat opening/closing. The design is modern and yet not overly ostentatious. Overall, I am happy with this and looking forward to the years of saving money on toilet paper and water conservation.

1 and a half years in - Had an issue with Toliet randomly opening and closing customer service was very helpful and is sending a replacement part - very impressed

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product to put in my powder room. The seat came damaged, there were two spots on the silver seat scratched off. I reached out to seller and they assured me that the toilet is still under warranty and to contact manufacturer directly, so I did. The manufacturer without question said they would replace the seat. I am still waiting for it to come so that I can replace it, but I decided to install the toilet and use it i the meantime, and oh boy am I glad I did. I don’t know how I ever lived without one of these!!!! My friends and family are all breath-taken by both functionality and esthetics, it’s beautiful and does sooo much! Best upgrade I ever did! I will be purchasing another one in the winter for my upstairs bathroom!

My designer was shocked (in a good way) when he saw them at first. They look much better than expected. After reading the reviews, I made sure that the plumber knew he had to tighten all the fittings before installing. He did, and we haven't had any leaks.Update: Finally moved into the home in August 2022, and have had a few months to live with them. I bought one for both toilets in the Master. They take some getting used to but now that I am used to using it, I like it so much that I want to replace the toilets in other homes as well. (I didn't expect that reaction at all). I especially like the lights, and the heated water spray.These seem to be very reliable, and well built. A few times after I've been away, I find that I have to unplug and restart them. That could be happening for a number of reasons, but we have lots of power issues in Puerto Rico. Despite that they work really well and seem to be very durable.
