Bought this is a gift for Father’s Day, but unfortunately though the package looks nice on the outside it arrived with several blemishes on it and since we bought it over a month ago we were not able to return it within the timeframe. Disappointed as it was a fun idea that we would have framed and had an out living room for all to see...

This national park scratch off map was terrible. It appeared to be very nice until you tried to begin scratching off the park. It was so hard to scratch off the covering the map tore in multiple places. Don't even bother to try to use this map for memorializing your park visits. It's a total workout and doesn't clean off of the pictures. So disappointing.

This came with a little plastic guitar pick thing that ruins the map. I ended up using a nickel to scratch off the remaining parks. Really disappointed that I have to scratch off the parks with the patience and skill of an archeologist. The gold does not come off easily but the park images do. I may end up returning it. My husband and I have been doing National Park trips and got this to document our travels.

We've been using this scratch off map for homeschooling this year, taking virtual field trips to each of the national parks. After watching a few videos about each park, we'll complete a journal entry and then scratch of the icons on our map. I was really irked today when we went to scratch off Theodore Roosevelt park in North Dakota, only to find a picture of Mount Rushmore. I get that Theodore Roosevelt is one of the presidents carved into Mount Rushmore, but Mount Rushmore not only isn't a national park - it's in South Dakota! Since the map is missing the newer parks, please fix this when you update the map.

This scratch off map is a great way to visualize your National Park adventures. We started going to a number of NPs with our 4th grader’s pass during the pandemic. It was a fantastic way to get into nature. This map is one way that we track our travels, plan where we’d like to go, and teach our kids about geography. This would make a great gift for someone interested in the National Parks.

Let me start by saying we already had a state map and a world map that we can scratch off. This is by far the sturdiest one we've received so far. The little images under the scratch areas is a nice touch and the size is great for our wall. Really happy with the product and it is a quality item for any traveler for the price.

I have to say I was pleasantly shocked at how fast I received this order. In addition, everything was exactly as described and I received everything in perfect condition. I absolutely love it. It’s a great purchase for the avid hiker who enjoys national parks. I purchased this for family trips in the near future with my son. I’m sure he would enjoy scratching off the parks we visit and will allow us to research and choose the parks we will visit in the future. I look forward to visiting these places and scratching them off my bucket list- or technically off my new map! :). I would purchase again as a gift.

This map seems like it is nice quality and has good pictures, but it only has 60 National Parks on it. There are currently (as of 2020) 62 National Parks. I returned this map.
