This really is a great car seat base. It's really easy to install and I love that it has the built in level to ensure that it is at the right angle and safe. The car seat literally just clicks in and clicks out. Super simple, I love it. My fiance and I bought two of these so we could each have one in our cars. This is a must have! Well worth the money!

I bought a base and car seat for our daughter, for our new grandson,,, and a second base only for our own car. The car seat is interchangeable with the base, so if you need to move a baby between cars its a simple process as you don't have to unstrap and re-strap them making babysitting duties safe and easy.The product is really well built and simple to install and moving the car seat in and out of the base is a one hand operation.I'm happy with our purchase and would recommend the KeyFit to others.

Perfect fit!! It's a click in and easy to install base. Perfect for a second car, caregiver or grandparents! Bought it myself a while back. This time it was a gift. I'd buy it again but would not ship use their shipping box. So it kept arriving damaged.*Returned this item TWICE. It was to be a gift. It arrived in the manufacturers's box and was damaged. It was shipped back as it arrived. Amazon blamed me for the damaged product upon return. ( see note below) I ended up going to another retailer. Amazon seems to do this quite a bit now. Check your shipping options, accounts, save shipping receipts, and take pictures! Or you may lose your ability to return or trade in despite the damage occurred on their watch!

We bought a Chicco Keyfit 30 system for our last child and saved it. We checked the expiration dates recently and when we saw they were still good, decided to reuse them for our newest addition to the family. We decided we would purchase an extra car seat base for my spouse's car to save him time and energy when picking up the kids after work.Chicco products are the epitome of safety and convenience and this car seat base is no exception. This base accomodates a 22 pound or 30 pound Chicco carseat. You can install the base using the latch or belt system; we use latch and it is ridiculously fast and simple. There are bubble windows in the sides of the base with adjustable foot to tell you if your base is level. The Chicco system is so advanced yet so simple--your carseat essentially clicks in or out with no more effort than the click of button. The base is easy enough to swap between vehicles but I feel that the price is well warranted for the safety of the Chicco product so we went ahead and sprang happily for my husband's base.I really can't find a flaw with the product. I feel that it has proven itself through multiple professional reviews on safety, quality, and ease of use. I hope you are similarly satisfied with this great product.
