Very insightful and high-yield for skiing technique
Amended July 2020:Had a chance to try out many of the exercises, ideas, and techniques in this book throughout the season. Also ordered the DVD and showed some examples to my family. This is truly insightful for developing more robust and nuanced skiing technique and, more importantly, expanding your functional skill and competence over the "whole mountain". I.e. find enjoyment and save your knees/quads on double black runs with crud (!!!).If you're serious about improving your skiing and enjoying it more, it's well worth a careful read. It affords some of the "ah ha!" moments for skiing that "Total Immersion" does for swimming.Original review:This book contains a lot of synthesized thinking, only part of which I'd pieced together from numerous disparate lessons over the years and various reading. Haven't been able to try the exercises yet this season (looking forward with my family), but the method seems very clear and cogent. Saw this recommended on RealSkiers, which I generally consider an experienced, low-noise channel for information. Recommended!

Most creative ski instruction book I have read.
The Clendenin Method (CM) is clear and straight forward. The book is rich and and warrants multiple readings.I also highly recommend his camps.
