Makes awesome marshmallows
I bought this to make homemade marshmallows in order to avoid using corn syrup. I have also used a tiny bit of it in my sugar syrup to make caramel. Very neutral taste and worked great for both. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

Try it. You will love it.
I love it. It is a great substitute for sugar or anything else that is overly sweet.

A Nice Alternative To Many Other Sweeteners…BUT…
We enjoy some of Keystones Products, including their Tapioca & Brown Rice Syrups. BUT BUT BUT several of Keystone’s Products are not as healthy and natural as many People assume. Keystone needs to honestly & completely STOP their use of “Neotame” (AKA: Newtame) artificial Sweetener in things like their Shave Ice Syrups, etc. “Neotame” is very similar to “Aspartame”, which was first developed by the Monsanto Corporation. No surprise there. :-\ The quote listed below makes it clear that it is extremely irresponsible for any Company (especially a supposedly wholesome Family owned USA Company like Keystone), to use “Neotame” for any reason in any Food related Product. This is so frustrating for those of us who desire to eat and live healthy. There are other natural and concentrated Sweeteners on the market, like Monk Fruit & Stevia, that could likely be worked into the Product ingredients, while replacing and removing the dangerous “Neotame”… “…Neotame was approved by the FDA back in 2002 without so much as a single conclusive, independent study proving its safety for human consumption. And yet the agency [FDA] gave its full blessing not only to Neotame's approval for use in food, but also for its unlabeled use…As detrimental as Aspartame is to health, Neotame is potentially far worse. Like Aspartame, it is linked to severe neurotoxic and immunotoxic damage because it metabolizes into toxic formaldehyde and other toxic substances. And because it is unlabeled, the general public is unable to self-regulate consumption levels.”

Tapioca syrup
A little pricey, but good for making homemade ice cream. Now it is only available in commercial quantities and I wouldn’t purchase that much! I have switched to a different brand due to unavailability and price!

Worked as substitute for corn syrup!
Used this instead of corn syrup for my Carmel corn! I think it may burn easier than corn syrup or my oven was too hot…I’ll experiment a little and see if I can adjust. Next I’ll use it for the pecan pie for Thanksgiving! Now to find a non sugar, brown sugar substitute!

Good flavor and taste
This syrup has good flavor! If you add it too something that's been sweetened it enhances the sweetness even more. It just does....how? I dont know. Mixing it in with other syrups , like brown rice syrup or just plain old syrup will make your eyes sparkle and dance and pop right out of your face! HAHAHA.......its the best, no doubt about it, but maybe could be just a teensy weancy bit cheaper.....but, of course everything should be????I ;>))
