I bought this to make homemade marshmallows in order to avoid using corn syrup. I have also used a tiny bit of it in my sugar syrup to make caramel. Very neutral taste and worked great for both. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

The one pack is expensive $17 but I got the 3 pack for 33$ with a promotion which made it worth the purchase for $11 per bottle. I use this for my gummy bears, for my chewy granola bars, for anything that requires chew. I use it. Every Christmas I make peanut brittle for my husband and father in law. We're trying to cut back on the sweets but the peanut brittle is a non negotiable. 😉 I thought I would try this tapioca syrup as a healthier alternative to corn syrup since it has less calories and a lower glycemic index. The tapioca syrup is very sticky and thicker than corn syrup which made it a bit more difficult to work with (it stuck to EVERYTHING!😆) But the brittle tasted delicious and no one noticed a difference. It was worth the extra hassle for the health benefits. I think I'll be using the tapioca syrup from now on.

A little pricey, but good for making homemade ice cream. Now it is only available in commercial quantities and I wouldn’t purchase that much! I have switched to a different brand due to unavailability and price!
