Makes awesome marshmallows
I bought this to make homemade marshmallows in order to avoid using corn syrup. I have also used a tiny bit of it in my sugar syrup to make caramel. Very neutral taste and worked great for both. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

LOVE
I absolutely love this syrup! It’s a thick syrup with a very mild taste—it’s a bit too pricey but no complaints about the product besides that

Try it. You will love it.
I love it. It is a great substitute for sugar or anything else that is overly sweet.

STICKY ! Be careful 😆
The one pack is expensive $17 but I got the 3 pack for 33$ with a promotion which made it worth the purchase for $11 per bottle. I use this for my gummy bears, for my chewy granola bars, for anything that requires chew. I use it. The low sugar is an amazing at 6g of sugar for 30ml compared to 20g of sugar in regular corn syrup. It’s THICK. Thicker than corn syrup but that’s what make it perfect for my sticky food make

Makes great peanut brittle
Every Christmas I make peanut brittle for my husband and father in law. We're trying to cut back on the sweets but the peanut brittle is a non negotiable. 😉 I thought I would try this tapioca syrup as a healthier alternative to corn syrup since it has less calories and a lower glycemic index. The tapioca syrup is very sticky and thicker than corn syrup which made it a bit more difficult to work with (it stuck to EVERYTHING!😆) But the brittle tasted delicious and no one noticed a difference. It was worth the extra hassle for the health benefits. I think I'll be using the tapioca syrup from now on.

Tapioca syrup
A little pricey, but good for making homemade ice cream. Now it is only available in commercial quantities and I wouldn’t purchase that much! I have switched to a different brand due to unavailability and price!
