This Brazil coffee is the best flavor I have ever tasted I compared it to Starbucks have the same economy value but this is a fresh-roasted bean which is second to 'green' in its freshness and the roasting quality has a deep cocoa-like browning flavor that can also be combined with other brands like Sumatra or Pike Place to give it the exact kind of boldness or adding an expresso can increase its sensory taste making it a deeper aroma I like to use a coffee-warming mug that heats up from the side throughout the day and a morning first cup will provide a continuous supply of energy in addition to the other breakfast ingredients ie. omelette sweet bread tea etc it is good after a meal to help with digestion this was a 5 lb bag which I keep tightly sealed in a container to keep it fresh up to the holidays when I usually add another type along with spices and such it may be used with creamer too that can have multiple kinds of flavor this one was on a deal for subscribe and save which made it even more valuable as a bulk-purchase item

I took a chance on some Brazilian beans, as I cannot honestly say that I ever remember having enjoyed any. I grind the beans and directly use them in a french press. Somethings I have noticed about this particular set of beans, is that even if I use more beans, I always seem to end up with a more "watery" brew than with some other varieties. It also tasted a little more "woody" or "earthy" than others. Overall I enjoyed these beans, and would buy them again, but I must also say that I prefer Mexican and Guatemalan beans over these Brazilian ones.Pros:+ Always fresh beans+ Clean, "woody" and "earthy" flavor+ Evenly roasted, deep mahogany colorCons:- Seems to produce a more watery brew

I’m new to the coffee world and have been exploring brews and flavors for the last year. This dark Brazil is a new favorite and I usually do it as a cold brew. First bag I ordered was so fresh and flavorful. I’d even snack on a few beans here and there. I just got my second bag and wanted to cry there was zero flavor. We did a hot brew and it tasted like water same for the cold brew. (It’s non returnable on Amazon) I reached out to the company directly and without hesitation they are making it right! Worst coffee i ever had. No coffee taste at all. DON'T BUY waste of money.
