Did not like that the side panels on refrigerator are black and was not stated so in description. Tried to resolve the issue with owner, but I left very disappointed, and left telling them I will never buy from them again

When the appliances arrived, the refrigerator had big dents in the back (presumably from a forklift) and small dents on the side. The seller did make amends for the damage. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the refrigerator is BLACK on the sides, not fully stainless steel as one would believe by looking at the pictures and the description (it is not mentioned in the description). Unfortunately, I did not see others' reviews about that until after it came.Lastly, this refrigerator does NOT come with an ice maker or even an ice tray. Just be aware of that.Other than that, all four appliances work beautifully. The oven preheats within minutes! That's exciting for us, considering our old oven took foreeeever.

The set showed and described an electric range but when they arrived it was a gas range. It still has not been picked up and replaced with the correct one

Hello shipping is a little on the longer side and took long time to come however once they got here they are worth every penny. Love them. Everyone thinks they were more money than I spent on them so it was well worth the wait

This package is a great price with a good warranty option. Delivery was quick and easy. I was accidentally shipped an electric stove instead of a gas stove and customer service quickly arranged to have the stove picked up and replaced with the right one.

Purchased this set and took much much longer than the expected dates. To top it off an electric range was sent rather than a gas range so that was even more waiting. I think it took about 6 weeks total to receive everything. The appliances look to be in good shape other than the sides of the fridge are a little dinged up.Update. The dishwasher was also wrong and broken. Very dissatisfied with this order.

Fridge door dented, reported twice and no response. Disappointed.

The product was not fully stainless steel it’s black on the sides and when you’re paying 2400$ for the stainless steel kitchen package you expect want and deserve all stainless steel and no ice maker we’re installing one next week very dissatisfied and we’re not going to buy from them again also the thermostat went out on the refrigerator and we lost 400$ worth of food we’re on a fixed income and can’t afford to keep paying for food if I knew where they were located I would be happy to come up there with my refrigerator what is left of it and cram the whole kitchen package up their sorry asses they should be banned from selling their crap on Amazon
